Chi Nei Tsang

Chi Nei Tsang, Abdominal Massage is a Taoist healing technique that detoxifies, regenerates and balances each one of the body's vital functions. It focuses on the internal organs, as well as the circulation, lymphatic system, nervous system, and the acupuncture meridians. These systems concentrate and cross paths in the abdomen, which acts as their control center.  Chi Nei Tsang was brought to America by Master Mantak Chia.

CNT is an abdominal massage technique. One can greatly improve digestion, assimilation and get rid of abdominal pain with Chi Nei Tsang. CNT brings greater circulation and balance to the abdomen (Lower Tan Tien) and internal organs: increasing (chi) energy and blood flow to the organs.  It is an ancient and powerful method of hands-on healing that works with the five major systems of the body: vascular, lymphatic, nervous, tendon/muscle and Chi meridians. Chi Kung Healing   These sessions help to clear blocked energy and open the Microcosmic Orbit, (also known as the Small Heavenly Cycle).

It is thought that the cause of illness is obstruction and congestion in the abdomen. This constricts the flow of chi.
When obstructed the internal organs store unhealthy energies that can overflow into other bodily systems and surface as negative emotions and sickness.  Chi Nae Tsang is a method to clear blocked energy or stagnant chi.

Chi New Tsang practitioners educate others to heal themselves. While CNt practitioners can generate and direct healing energy their main role is to educate people about taking responsibility for their own health and well being.  People can learn to awaken their own healing energy.
